At Nimz Music Studio, I provide a full-service experience for artists seeking a unique and custom song from start to finish. Offering co-writing, vocal production, recording, vocal comping, editing, along with custom beats made from scratch, mixing, and mastering, I ensure satisfaction guaranteed. With a one-stop shop approach utilizing top software and real analog gear, I make music creation convenient and efficient across any genre. (up to 8 hours in-studio, then leave it in my hands - I'll edit, mix & master to perfection). This non-refundable deposit secures your project. The remaining balance is due before final delivery. Production Package – $950
Your production package includes:
• Music production
• Vocal recording
• Editing
• Mixing
• Mastering
Studio Time Included
Your package includes up to 8 hours of studio time.
This time can be split into multiple sessions if needed.
Example:
• Session 1 – 5 hours
• Session 2 – 3 hours
Additional studio time is $60 per hour.
Payment Schedule
The $950 production investment is paid as follows:
• 25% due at checkout
• 25% due after vocals are recorded
• 50% due before final delivery of the song
Final files are delivered only after full payment is completed.
Ownership & Royalties
Master Recording Ownership:
• Artist – 85%
• Producer (Nimz) – 15%
Songwriting / Publishing:
• Artist (lyrics) – 50%
• Producer (music) – 50%
Producer royalties are paid twice per year (Jan 15 & July 15).Revisions
Your project includes up to 3 mix revisions.
Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving your mix.
Additional revisions may be billed at $60 per revision.
Credits
All releases must include the credit:
“Produced by Nimz”
This must appear on streaming platforms, distributor metadata, and promotional materials where
credits are listed.
Session Scheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule.
Late cancellations or no-shows may count toward your included studio time.
Final Deliverables
Once the project is complete and fully paid, you will receive:
• Final mastered WAV file
• Instrumental version (if applicable)
• Vocal stems or song stems (if agreed)
Important
Artists are responsible for clearing any:
• Samples
• Interpolations
• Borrowed lyrics or melodies
• Guest features or external collaborators
By booking a session or submitting payment, you agree to the full Producer Agreement.
